Students for Life, Students for Life Action Hold Rally Calling for Dr. Fauci to be Fired Amidst Aborted Infant Experimentation Scandal

June 9, 2021

“Dr. Fauci has proven himself unqualified to run the NIAID,” said Kristan Hawkins, President of Students for Life and Students for Life Action. “Fauci sends taxpayer dollars to ghoulish researchers who chop up the bodies of babies and sew them onto lab rats. With a record of funding these human rights abuses against our youngest Americans, Fauci cannot be trusted to protect public health.”

BETHESDA, M.D., and WASHINGTON, D.C. (06-09-2021) – TOMORROW (Thursday, June 10), Students for Life and other pro-life allies will rally in front of the NIH in Bethesda, MD to demand that Dr. Anthony Fauci be fired amidst the aborted infant experimentation scandal his office funded. The gruesome experiments were recently exposed in a video and testimony by David Daleiden of the Center for Medical Progress.

The rally will take place at 11 a.m. EST outside of the NIH at 9000 Rockville Pike in Bethesda. The event is organized by Students for Life of America and Students for Life Action. More information here.

Testifying before the Pennsylvania Health Committee on May 4th, Center for Medical Progress founder David Daleiden said of the research Dr. Fauci’s office funded:

In a recent study, Pitt scientists describe scalping 5-month-old aborted babies and grafting their scalps onto the backs of lab rats to keep them growing… in the study you can see the pictures of little baby scalps growing tiny baby hairs on the backs of lab rats and lab mice…

Starting in 2016, Pitt received a $1.4M grant from the NIH to become a distribution hub for aborted fetal kidneys and bladders and other organs in the NIH’s genitourinary development mapping atlas program. Pitt’s grant application for this grant from the NIH states that the university has a unique access to a large number of high-quality aborted fetuses and can “ramp up” delivery of abortion fetal body parts across the country.

“Dr. Fauci works for the US Department of Health and Human Services,” said Kristan Hawkins, President of Students for Life and Students for Life Action. “That department describes its mandate as ‘…serving and protecting Americans at every stage of life, from conception.’ By funding gruesome experimentation on the bodies of children who died in violent abortions, Dr. Anthony Fauci is doing the exact opposite of protecting Americans from conception — he is using our tax dollars to support their demise. And we will not stand for it.”
